- Mentorship Program — assign each MBBS small-group mentors (faculty + senior student mentors). Provide mentor list, objectives, and meeting schedule.
Example policy line: “Each first-year student is assigned a faculty mentor and senior student mentor to guide academics, clinical exposure and adjustment to campus life.” - Counseling & Mental Health — confidential counseling service, timings, appointment booking, emergency contact (24/7 helpline if available). Mention privacy and referral system.
Copy: “Confidential counseling is available. To book an appointment, email CounselingCell@gmcpaderu.com or call XXX during office hours.” - Academic Support / Remedial classes — tutorial timetables, contact for remedial coaching.
